75db Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "75db" refers to the online gambling platform accessible at 75db.io, including all associated sub-pages, services, games, sportsbook markets, and account management tools.
• "Player" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered a verified account on the 75db platform and is permitted to access the services under these Terms.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the registration process, including all associated financial balances, bonus credits, transaction history, and personal data.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player into their account that have not been designated as bonus funds.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to promotional credits awarded by 75db that are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 75db platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their contents.
• You are entering into a binding legal agreement with 75db by proceeding with registration or continued use of the platform.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• These Terms supersede all prior representations, arrangements, or understandings between you and 75db in relation to the Services.

75db reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Players are responsible for reviewing this page regularly to remain informed of any changes.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on 75db. This age restriction is a firm policy with no exceptions. 75db reserves the right to request age verification documents — including a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence — at any stage of the account lifecycle. If age verification fails or is not completed within the specified timeframe, the account will be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until the matter is resolved.

3.2 Jurisdictional Restrictions

75db operates as an offshore platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the platform is legal in your jurisdiction before registering. Persons located in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law are not permitted to use 75db. 75db does not accept registrations from citizens or residents of jurisdictions on its restricted list, which may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one active account on 75db at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using another person's identity — is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities. If you suspect duplicate accounts exist under your identity, contact support immediately.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering on 75db, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and will result in account termination and forfeiture of any associated balances.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 75db strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered mobile number. You must notify 75db's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. 75db accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep account credentials secure.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

All Players are required to complete KYC verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and confirmation of payment method ownership. 75db reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within the specified period may have withdrawal privileges suspended.

4.4 Account Dormancy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. 75db reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee to dormant accounts with a positive real money balance, not exceeding ৳200 per month or the remaining balance, whichever is less. Players will be notified before any dormancy fees are applied.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

75db currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking, City Bank online transfer, BRAC Bank online transfer, and Sonali Bank online transfer. All transactions are denominated in BDT. 75db does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency transfers, or credit card payments at this time.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳500,000 (subject to account verification status)
• Daily withdrawal limit (standard accounts): ৳200,000
• Daily withdrawal limit (VIP accounts): As specified in individual VIP agreements

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits credited to your 75db account within 30 seconds under normal network conditions for all supported mobile banking methods. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 15 minutes during operating hours (09:00–23:00 BST, seven days a week). Withdrawals submitted outside operating hours will be processed at the start of the next available processing window. During periods of high volume or following security checks, processing may take up to 24 hours.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being met: (a) KYC verification is complete; (b) any active bonus wagering requirements have been fulfilled; (c) the withdrawal amount does not exceed your current real money balance; (d) no active fraud investigation or account review is ongoing. 75db reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳100,000.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available on 75db are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail. 75db reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by 75db carry wagering requirements that must be completed before the bonus balance or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus balance and any associated winnings being forfeited.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

75db employs automated and manual monitoring to detect patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-variance betting strategies designed primarily to satisfy wagering requirements rather than for genuine entertainment, and coordinated wagering between associated accounts. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance voided and may be subject to account suspension.

6.4 Promotional Eligibility

Promotional offers are available to eligible registered Players only. Eligibility criteria are specified in individual promotion terms and may include minimum deposit requirements, account verification status, geographic location, and account activity thresholds. 75db's determination of promotional eligibility is final and not subject to appeal.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Sportsbook Rules

All sports bets placed on 75db are subject to the betting rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type, which are published separately in the Sportsbook Rules section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. Key general principles include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Cancellation of a confirmed bet is not permitted unless the market is voided by 75db in accordance with the applicable rules.
• In-play bets are accepted at the discretion of 75db and may be suspended or rejected without notice during live events.
• Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds at which the bet will be settled.
• 75db reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets accepted at obviously incorrect odds.
• Match result bets on cricket markets (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup) are settled according to the official result at the conclusion of the match, including any super overs.

7.2 Casino and Live Casino Rules

All casino games, including RNG slots, live dealer tables, and virtual table games, are governed by the individual game rules provided by the relevant software provider. In the event of a game malfunction, the round will be voided and stakes returned. 75db accepts no liability for disconnections or technical failures on the Player's side during a live game round. Winnings from live casino games are credited to the account balance upon round completion and confirmation from the provider.

7.3 Maximum Payout Limits

The maximum payout from a single bet or game round on 75db is ৳5,000,000 (five million Bangladeshi Taka), unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the relevant game or market rules. Any winnings exceeding this threshold in a single transaction may be paid in instalments at 75db's discretion. This limit applies across all product verticals including sportsbook, live casino, and slots.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 75db platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets based on information not available to the general public, or placing bets on events you have any ability to influence.
• Collusion: Coordinating bets with other players with the intent to guarantee profit or manipulate outcomes, including chip-dumping in poker or table game contexts.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, crawlers, or any automated software to place bets, navigate the platform, or exploit game logic without human interaction.
• Software exploitation: Exploiting bugs, errors, or undocumented features in the platform software to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation will be voided.
• Money laundering: Using the 75db platform to process, conceal, or convert funds derived from illegal activities. 75db complies fully with anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Identity fraud: Registering under a false identity, using another person's identity documents, or misrepresenting your age, location, or identity in any way.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with your mobile banking provider on transactions that were validly processed by 75db. Accounts associated with fraudulent chargebacks will be permanently banned.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 75db platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the overall platform design, is the intellectual property of 75db or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 75db platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the 75db platform without express written consent from 75db. Any unauthorised use constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is licensed to 75db for display on the platform. Player access to these games is governed by 75db's licence from the provider and does not grant any direct licence from the provider to the Player.

10 Privacy & Data

75db collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

11 Responsible Gaming

75db is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to ensuring that the platform remains a source of entertainment rather than financial harm. The following tools and policies are in place for all registered Players:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account dashboard. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 75db, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, whether or not 75db was advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond 75db's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet infrastructure failures, power outages, or force majeure events.
• Any unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Any loss arising from bets placed during a period of game malfunction, where such malfunction was not identifiable as a platform error at the time of placing.
• Any decisions made by the Player in reliance on information displayed on the platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional descriptions, where such information was subject to technical display errors.

75db's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising in connection with the Services shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.

13 Termination

13.1 Termination by the Player

You may close your 75db account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon account closure, any real money balance (net of pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Accounts with an active fraud investigation cannot be closed until the investigation is resolved.

13.2 Termination by 75db

75db reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct
• Account inactivity exceeding 24 months
• Failure to complete KYC within the specified period
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so

Where an account is terminated due to breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, 75db reserves the right to forfeit the account balance. Where termination occurs for other reasons, the balance will be returned in accordance with clause 13.1.

14 Amendments

75db reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 75db will notify registered Players via email to the address on file and/or via a notice on the platform homepage. The revised Terms will specify the effective date of the changes. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account before the effective date of the change. 75db recommends bookmarking this page for easy reference.

15 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of the 75db platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to offshore gaming platforms. 75db operates as an offshore platform and does not represent that the Services are legal in any specific jurisdiction.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through 75db's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
